Shipping. About the Delivery

 

Japan Post

Free delivery for orders 20,000 yen or more. The delivery charge of 876 yen will be added for less than 20,000 yen orders.

 

Japan Post (Cool delivery)

Free delivery for the orders 20,000 yen or more. The delivery charge of 1,426 yen (cool delivery) will be added for less than 20,000 yen orders.

 

Yamato Transport

Free delivery for the orders 20,000 yen or more.

The delivery charge of 876 yen will be added for orders less than 20,000 yen.

 

Yamato (Cool Delivery)

Free delivery for the orders 20,000 yen or more.

The delivery charge of 1,426 yen (cool delivery) will be added for less than 20,000 yen orders.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Unopened bottle

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will accept returns for exchange. In this case, if those items are sold out, we will fully refund your payment.

We will not accept cancellation, exchange, refund, and return for the items after 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Opened bottle

Due to the merchandise characteristics, we cannot refund payments or accept returns once bottles are opened.

 

We suggest customers use a cool delivery service for the summer season to avoid possible damages on wines caused by the heat.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the damages caused by the heat when you choose the regular delivery.

 

We also suggest that customers who wish to send wines or champagne to the north part of Japan, such as Hokkaido, use a cool delivery service for the wintertime. In severely cold places, wines and champagne can be frozen and damaged.

 

For the returns of a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the transportation charge to return.
