In 1996, the Saint Gayan estate seized the chance to expand by purchasing a 4-hectare property in Camaret, located in the Côtes du Rhône and Vins de Pays appellations. This plot is an extension of the renowned Plan de Dieu terroir, characterized by clayey soils that are not easily affected by drought. However, the area is often subjected to strong and blustery mistral winds. As part of our efforts to enhance these lands, we have renovated all the plots except for an old one where Grenache and Carignan are still co-planted.
 
Producing a high-quality rosé requires expert technical skills and access to advanced pressing equipment and cold storage facilities that can preserve the fruitiness and aroma. Our extensive experience in vinifying whites and rosés has given us a strong foundation of knowledge and proficiency in this field.
