Harvest: Hand-picked with a yield of 40 HL Vinification: Grapes are manually sorted, macerated for 15–20 days, with alcoholic fermentation occurring via natural yeasts
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels with natural malolactic fermentation; bottled unfined and unfiltered
