The Domaine Saint Gayan Gigondas Origine 2018 blends 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and a small amount of Mourvedre. Its alcohol volume is 14.5%. This wine is matured inoak barrels and concrete tanks and can be enjoyed immediately or aged gracefully until 2042-45.
 
This wine is perfect for pairing with red meat dishes like peppered steak, lamb, and duck. It also goes well with cassoulet, dry-cured ham, meaty stews, braised dishes, lamb chops, burgers, sausages, roasted Chicken, and Saint-Felicien cheese.
