Domaine Thomas Sancerre le Pierrier 2022 is made of Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on calcareous soils, certified organic, and now Biodynamic Demeter.
100% Sauvignon Blanc from vines 27 years old. You can enjoy it young and mature over the next 3 to 5 years. Alcohol 13,5% volume.
Tasting notes:
A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc wine with aromas and flavors of bright citrus fruit. With hints of gooseberry and freshly cut grass. It's light-bodied, with a mineral note on the finish.
